- 1 cup Plus 2 tbsp warm water
- 1/3 cup Vegetable oilÂ
- 2 tbsp Active dry yeastÂ
- 1/4 cup SugarÂ
- 1 ½ tsp 1 ½ tsp saltÂ
- 1 Egg
- 3 ½ cup Bread flour or all-purpose flourÂ
Instructions
- Heat the oven to 400 degrees
- Â In large mixing bowl mix together water, oil, sugar, yeast and allow it to rest for 15 minutes. Using the dough hook, mix in the salt, egg and flourÂ
- Knead well until well incorporated and the dough is soft and smooth for a few minutesÂ
- Cut the dough into 12 parts and turn into balls. Place them on greased pan and allow it to rest for 10 minutes. Bake for 10 minutes at 400 degrees or until golden brown
