1.Spread the bread cubes evenly in an 8 inch round glass pan
2.Sprinkle sugar, raisins and salt
3.Place the milk in a 4 cup glass measuring cup and add butter
4.Microwave on high for 4 minutes, until the butter melts and the milk is warm
5.Quickly stir in eggs and mix well
6.Pour this over the bread
7.Microwave it over medium-high for 9 to 12 minutes
8.When cooked, you will find the center to be soft, but this will settle once cooled
9.Serve warm or chilled
