This is a new twist to the bread pudding that can taste even better the next day. It is a delicious breakfast recipe for a cold winter morning.

1.Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
2.Take a medium sized bowl and mix in egg yolks, whole eggs, half-and half, vanilla extract, honey, orange zest and salt. Leave this aside
3.Slice the brioche loaf into 1 inch thick pieces. Place half of the slices on a 9 x 14 x 2- inch oval baking dish. Evenly sprinkle raisins over the brioche and then place the remaining slices on top. Make sure that the raisins are placed between the layers of brioche or else they will burn during baking. Pour the egg mixture over the bread and soak for 15 minutes pressing down gently
4.Bake for 55 to 60 minutes or until the pudding puffs up and the custard is set. Remove from the oven and allow cooling before serving.
5.Garnish with raisins if desired
