
This bread takes just less than an hour to make and that is something quite an interesting bread recipe to try this weekend. It is usually believed that good bread takes time to make, but this no-time bread is finer and incredibly tasty with a moist and tender taste.
Ingredients
Makes 1 loafÂ
• 4 ½ tsp active dry yeast ( two packets)
• 1 tbsp sugar
• 1 ½ cups of water
• 3 ½ cups of bread flourÂ
• 1 ¼ tsp saltÂ
• ¾ tsp balsamic vinegar
EquipmentsÂ
• Dutch oven
• Large mixing bowl
• Measuring cups and spoons
• MicrowaveÂ
PreparationÂ
• Take a bowl of the heavy-duty stand mixer and add yeast, sugar and water and allow it to sitÂ
• Preheat the oven and the Dutch oven. Heat the oven to 450 degree F. Put the Dutch oven to warm as the oven heats Add most of the flour, vinegar and salt to the yeast and knead for about 5 to 7 minutes. Knead everything vigorously for five minutes or until the dough becomes elastic. Once done, the dough will clear the sides of the glass bowl, but will stick at the bottom
• Lightly grease a microwave safe bowl with vegetable oil and transfer the bread dough in it. Rolling it in oil. Cover the bowl with a wet towel. Cover the whole thing with a dry cloth and place them into a microwaveÂ
• Microwave this on high for 25 secondsÂ
• Allow the dough to rest in the microwave for about five minutes. After this, again microwave on high for 25 seconds and then remove. Allow it to rest and rise for another 15 minutesÂ
• Now, shape the dough into a ball and put it into a preheated pan. Immediately slash the top with a knife. Cover this and bake for another 30 minutes. Remove the cover and bake for 10 more minutes or until the crust turns golden brown and the temperature inside reaches 210 degree FÂ
