What Kind Of Bread Is Used For This Bread Pudding?
There are a lot of different types of bread that can be used for bread pudding. It really depends on what you like and what kind of flavor you want. I’ve personally tried a few different kinds, and my favorite is brioche. It’s light and fluffy, and soaks up the custard perfectly. Give it a try next time you’re in the mood for some delicious bread pudding!
Can you use almond milk for pudding?
Almond milk can be used for pudding and it is a good alternative to cow’s milk. It is important to use a thickener when using almond milk so that the pudding will have the right consistency. I like to use cornstarch or arrowroot powder as my thickener of choice. If you are looking for a dairy-free alternative to traditional bread pudding, then almond milk bread pudding is a great option!
