Strawberry Shortcake Bread Pudding Recipe

If you love strawberries, then this best bread pudding recipe is the one for you. But, if you hate bread puddings, then you will surely be a fan once you try this one out. The strawberries shortcake bread pudding is a delicious twist on traditional desserts and is pretty easy to make too.


Serves: 2

• 2-3 slices challah bread, cut into cubes
• ¾ cup melted so delicious dairy free coconut milk simply strawberry frozen dessert
• 2 large eggs beaten
• ¾ teaspoon vanilla extract
• 6-8 medium sized strawberries that are cut into bite sized pieces
• powdered sugar (optional)
• Whipped coconut cream (optional)

Cooking Instructions

Prep time:10 minutes
Cook time:20 minutes
Total time:30 minutes

1.Preheat the oven to 350 degree F
2.Coat 2 10 ounces of glass bowls with baking spray
3.Fill the bowls with the challah cubes, making sure they are fitted snuggly
4.Mix together the melted so delicious dairy free coconut milk simply strawberry frozen dessert, vanilla extract and beaten eggs. Pour the mixture over the challah cubes in the bowl making sure it is evenly coated
5.Place the bowls on a rimmed baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes
6.Allow the bread puddings to cool for 10 minutes. Add the strawberries and top with powdered sugar or whipped coconut cream as desired
