4ouncesof softened cream cheese
¼cupof sour cream
1jalapeno pepperdiced (seeds and stem removed)
½cupof shredded sharp cheddar cheese
½teaspoonof your favorite seasoning blendlike Slap Ya Mama
¼cupof BBQ sauceany brand

Oven Method
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cut the bacon slices in half and wrap each piece of smoked sausage with a strip of bacon. Secure them with toothpicks or place them in a muffin pan.
In a medium bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, sour cream, diced jalapeno, shredded cheddar cheese, and seasoning until well combined.
Transfer the cheese mixture into a quart-sized plastic baggie and snip off one corner. Use this makeshift piping bag to squeeze the cheese mixture onto the top of each sausage.
Place a slice of jalapeno on top of each sausage and then brush each "pig shot" with the BBQ sauce.
Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes or until the bacon is crispy.
