Cut the Salmon into 1 inch cubes.
In a small bowl, combine the sriracha sauce, honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and fresh lime juice. Stir well until all the ingredients are fully incorporated. Taste the marinade and adjust the amount of sriracha sauce and honey according to your preference.
Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish or Ziploc bag and pour the marinade over them. Make sure the salmon is coated evenly on all sides. Cover the dish or seal the bag and let the salmon marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, allowing the flavors to infuse into the fish.
While the salmon is marinating, preheat a fry pan over medium-high heat. Add a drizzle of olive oil and swirl it around to coat the pan evenly. Heating the pan before cooking the salmon will ensure a crispy exterior and a moist interior.
Once the pan is hot, carefully place the marinated salmon fillets skin-side down in the pan. Allow the salmon to cook undisturbed for about 2-3 minutes, or until the skin becomes crispy and the fish flakes easily with a fork. Avoid flipping the salmon too early to prevent it from sticking to the pan.
Remove the cooked salmon from the pan and transfer it to a plate. Serve the honey sriracha salmon over steamed rice or quinoa, and top with sliced avocado, edamame, cucumber, shredded carrot.
Garnish with cilantro, sesame and drizzle your Honey Sriracha Salmon Bowl with a little extra sriracha mayo for an extra burst of flavor.
