Ingredients

Pork Chops:

  • 4 boneless pork loin chops

For the Parmesan Coating:

  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  • Line a pan with foil. If using a baking dish, lightly spray it with cooking spray to prevent sticking
  • Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels to remove any excess moisture.
  • On a separate plate or shallow dish, combine all dry ingredients, ensure that the bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, and spices are stirred until well blended.
  • Begin by rub each pork chop with olive oil, ensuring it's fully coated.Then, press each pork chop into the Parmesan and breadcrumb mixture. Make sure the coating sticks by pressing firmly.
  • Bake for 30-45 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F, as measured with a meat thermometer. Remember, the thickness of your pork chops will affect cooking time, so start checking doneness towards the beginning of the baking range to avoid overcooking.
