- 4 about 8 oz each chicken breast with the fat trimmed and sliced lengthwise to make into 8 pieces
- ¾ cup of seasoned breadcrumbs
- ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp butter melted or olive oil¾ cup reduced fat mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup marinara Cooking spray
