This bread pudding is warm and delicious to eat and moreover it is prepared in a slow cooker with chocolate, pecans and caramel.
Ingredients

• 2 tsp vanilla
• 1 cup chocolate chips
• ½ cup caramel bits
• ½ cup chopped pecans
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• ½ cup brown sugar
• 1/3 cup cocoa powder
• 4 eggs
• ½ cup strong coffee
• ½ cup half-n-half
• ½ cup milk

Prep time:15 minutes
Cooking time:3 hours
Ready:3 hours 15 minutes
1.Cut half of one pound loaf of French bread into cubes
2.Place 8 cups of bread cubes into lightly greased 3 ½- 4 quart crackpot
3.Top it up with caramel bits, chocolate chips and the chopped pecans
4.Take a bowl and mix in brown sugar, granulated sugar and cocoa powder. Add in four beaten eggs, strong coffee, vanilla, half-n-half and milk. Mix until blended well
5.Slowly pour the mix over the cubed bread
6.Stir until most of the liquid is absorbed well
7.Cook on low heat for 3-4 hours
