  • 1 stalk celery sliced thin
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper


  • Begin by mixing soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, sugar, and black pepper in a small bowl, ensuring a harmonious mixture.
